Yes. Submitting your project brief and receiving matched designer introductions is completely free for homeowners. There is no fee to post and no obligation to proceed with any of the designers we introduce.

You fill in a brief form with your project details — type, location, budget range, timeline, and style preferences. We review your brief and match you with two to three independent designers whose specialism and experience align with your project. You choose who to speak with.

Every designer in our network is reviewed before joining. We assess their portfolio, professional qualifications (BIID, SBID, or equivalent), client references, insurance, and project management approach. Designers join by invitation or application only.

No. There is no obligation at any stage. You receive curated introductions and choose whether to speak with any of them. If none are the right fit, that is fine — you can submit another brief or contact us to discuss alternatives.

We aim to review your brief and send matched introductions within two to three working days. The timeline depends on the complexity of your project and designer availability.

Yes. Many of the areas we cover — including Hampstead, Belsize Park, Highgate, and Hampstead Garden Suburb — are conservation areas with specific planning constraints. Our network includes designers experienced in working within these restrictions, including Article 4 directions and listed building requirements.
